INDIA MONSOONED MALABAR
Considered the highest quality of the monsooned coffees, Malabar originates from the south coast of India. The name comes from the process of storing harvested green beans in open warehouses, where they are exposed to strong winds for several weeks during the monsoon season. The result is a pale yellow, sweet bean with low acidity. This incredible process makes for exceptionally smooth coffee.
COSTA RICA TARRAZU
This delicate coffee has been grown since 1700 on the mountains of the Tarrazu region, south of San Jose, at an altitude between 1200 and 1700 mt. The great climatic and geographical conditions and the richness of the perfectly drained volcanic soil, offer a great natural habitat for the cultivation of coffee. With its light, clean aroma and distinctive fragrance, Tarrazu coffee is one of the worlds best.
EL SALVADOR CAFFÈ "SHG" STRICTLY HIGH GROWN

The best quality is called SHG (Strictly High Grown) and indicates that it is grown at a height above 1200 meters. Just as in Guatemala and Costa Rica, the coffee is classified according to the height of the plantations: the higher the plantation the better the quality.
"AA" WASHED - KENYA
