This oven concept  is ideal for private homes, bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels, snack bars, and all public premises that want to offer real traditional (wood-oven) Italian pizza without having to employ specialized staff and with the least possible financial investment.   3. GARNISH WITH TOMATOE SAUCE, AND MOZARELLA CHEESE (BOTH AVAILABLE FROZEN) ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS OF YOUR CHOICE
  4. PUT INTO OVEN PREHEATED (PADDLE PROVIDED) TO 752-788 DEGREES F. AND COOK FOR 90 SECONDS
  5. TAKE OUT THE PIZZA, AND THE OVEN IS INMEDIATELY READY TO COOK ANOTHER PIZZA. One pizza every 90 second / 1.5 minutes

TIPS: DRIZZLE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL OVER THE PIZZA AT THE END OF COOKING...VERY GOOD!
