The same family has produced these pastas since 1860 using traditional artisan techniques. An essential part of their pasta is the use of fragrant healthful wheatgerm, rich in vitamins, protein  and minerals. The pasta is arranged by hand onto looms to dry for over 36 hours, maintaining its essential nutritive elements and unrivaled flavor and texture. You will find additional pasta selections in our Morelli pasta store, FARRO PASTA. TRUFFLE PASTA, AND PICI. We have selected unique olive oils, Parmegiano Regiano, and tomato sauce to accompany our pastas. We encourage you to try them. They are a perfect match to our pasta selections.
